Google API Services — Limited Use Disclosure
AntVision Labs' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data to serve ads, and we do not sell or share it with third parties.
1. Who We Are
AntVision Labs ("we", "us", "our") provides AdOps and marketing automation services to publishers and advertising operations teams. Our platform automates campaign trafficking, delivery reporting, pacing, and workflow integrations across advertising platforms including Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and others.
If you have questions about this policy, contact us at hello@antvisionlabs.com.
2. Information We Collect
We collect only what is necessary to provide our services:
- Platform credentials — OAuth 2.0 tokens and API credentials used to access your advertising accounts (Google Ad Manager, Google Ads, Meta, Microsoft, and others) on your behalf. We store tokens securely and never store your account passwords.
- Advertising platform data — Campaign settings, orders, line items, targeting parameters, creative details, pacing data, and delivery reports retrieved from connected advertising platforms. This data is accessed solely to perform the automation tasks you have authorized.
- Contact information — Name and email address when you reach out to us or book a call.
- Usage logs — API request logs retained for debugging and security purposes, automatically deleted after 90 days.
We do not collect personal data from your end users or website visitors, and we do not place tracking cookies on your behalf.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect exclusively to deliver our services to you:
- Automating the creation, update, and management of campaigns, orders, and line items across connected advertising platforms.
- Pulling delivery and performance reports to surface pacing, billing, and optimization data.
- Validating campaign setup, flagging trafficking errors, and supporting QA workflows.
- Diagnosing errors and improving the reliability of our platform integrations.
- Communicating with you about your account, service updates, or support requests.
We do not use your data to train machine learning models, serve you advertisements, or for any purpose beyond the specific tasks you have authorized.
4. Google API Data — Limited Use
Our access to your Google accounts (Ad Manager, Google Ads, and related Google services) is governed by the OAuth 2.0 authorization you grant us. Specifically:
- We request only the minimum Google API scopes necessary to perform the tasks you authorize — for example,
admanager for Ad Manager access.
- Google API data is used solely to perform campaign trafficking, reporting, and related automation on your behalf — not for any secondary purpose.
- We do not share, sell, or transfer your Google API data to any third party, except as necessary to operate our infrastructure (e.g., secure cloud hosting) under equivalent data protection terms.
- We do not use Google API data to develop, improve, or train generalized AI or ML models.
- You can revoke our Google access at any time via myaccount.google.com/permissions.
5. Other Platform API Data
When you connect additional advertising platforms (such as Meta Ads, Microsoft Advertising, or others), the same principles apply: we access only what you authorize, use that access solely to perform the tasks you request, and do not share or sell that data to third parties. Each platform's own terms of service and data policies also apply to data accessed through their APIs.
6. Data Sharing and Third Parties
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information. We may share data only in the following limited circumstances:
- Service providers — Cloud infrastructure providers (e.g., hosting, database) who process data on our behalf under strict confidentiality agreements.
- Legal requirements — If required by law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
- Business transfers — In the event of a merger or acquisition, your data would transfer to the successor entity under equivalent privacy protections, with prior notice to you.
7. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary to provide our services or as required by law:
- OAuth tokens — retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of account termination.
- Campaign and delivery data cached from GAM — retained for up to 12 months to support historical reporting, then deleted.
- API request logs — retained for 90 days, then automatically purged.
- Contact information — retained while you are an active client or prospect; deleted upon request.
8. Security
We take the security of your data seriously. Our measures include:
- All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2 or higher.
- OAuth refresh tokens are stored encrypted at rest.
- Access to production systems is restricted to authorized personnel only.
- API keys and credentials are never logged or stored in plain text.
No system is completely immune to security risks. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@antvisionlabs.com.
9. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request correction of inaccurate data.
- Request deletion of your data (subject to legal retention requirements).
- Revoke our Google API access at any time via your Google account settings.
- Opt out of non-essential communications at any time.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at hello@antvisionlabs.com. We will respond within 30 days.
10. Children's Privacy
Our services are designed for businesses and are not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will notify active clients by email. Continued use of our services after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
