By accessing or using the AntVision Automate platform (the "Service"), operated by AntVision Labs ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including agencies, advertisers, and individuals.

AntVision Automate is a multi-platform advertising campaign management tool that enables agencies, advertisers, brands, and marketing teams to streamline their ad operations workflows.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to consumers or individuals acting in a personal capacity.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used for fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
By connecting a third-party advertising account (such as Meta Ads, DV360, or GAM 360) to the Service, you authorize AntVision Labs to access and interact with that account on your behalf, subject to the permissions you grant via OAuth or API credentials.
Your use of the Service must comply with the terms, policies, and guidelines of all connected third-party platforms, including but not limited to Meta's Advertising Policies, Google's Terms of Service, and applicable platform developer agreements.
If you use the Service to manage advertising accounts belonging to your clients, you represent that you have obtained all necessary permissions and authorizations from those clients to connect and manage their accounts through the Service.

By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy. We access advertising platform data solely to perform the functions you have authorized and do not use that data for any other purpose.
When you connect your Meta Ads account to the Service, we access data through the Meta Marketing API in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. Specifically:
The Service, including its software, design, and documentation, is owned by AntVision Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of all advertising content, creatives, and data you upload or create through the Service. By using the Service, you grant AntVision Labs a limited license to access, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service to you.
We do not guarantee any specific advertising results, campaign performance, or return on ad spend. Results depend on factors outside our control, including third-party platform algorithms, market conditions, and the quality of your advertising content.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid to AntVision Labs in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AntVision Labs and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or platform policies.
Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or a third-party platform.
Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 9, 10, 11, 12, and 14 — will remain in effect.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in California.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, by sending notice to your registered email address. Continued use of the Service after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
